Shipping and Delivery

  1. How long does delivery take?

  2. Will I need to pay import duties or taxes?
    All our prices are all-inclusive, meaning you won't have to pay any additional import duties or taxes for shipments to the UK. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay, ensuring a hassle-free shopping experience with no hidden charges.
  3. Can I track my order?
    Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the courier’s tracking portal. In cases where your order includes multiple items shipped from different warehouses, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
  4. What should I do if my order is delayed?
    Delays may occasionally occur due to customs clearance, high order volumes during peak seasons, or unforeseen circumstances like weather disruptions. If your order is delayed even after the expected delivery date, please contact our support team for assistance. We will coordinate to resolve any issues promptly.

Returns and Refunds

  1. What is your return policy?
    Motride works on a procurement-based model and does not stock goods. Products are procured on order and purchased specifically for you from suppliers with no return policies. While returns are limited, we aim to provide guidance to assist you. For more details, read here.

  3. Who pays for return shipping?
    Customers are solely responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the order to our Motride facility. For more details, read here.
  4. When will I receive my refund?
    Once your return is received and inspected by Motride QC (usually within 24 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take additional time after the credit is applied for it to be posted to your account. For more details, read here.
