International Returns:

It is easy to do returns provided done in the right way, shipments should be marked as "Merchandise Return" with a carrier that does not levy brokerage fees. The customer is solely responsible for any applicable brokerage or customs import/service charges. Please contact Customer Service if you are not sure about application or sizing for any product before placing an order, we are here to help you and select the right product. You can use Aramex, FedEx, DHL or any other carrier of your choice for any shipping of the products to our facility. 
 

Restock Fees:

Motride works on order and we practically do not stock goods, we procure the goods on order hence it disables us to restock the goods since those goods are purchased specifically for you on order from different suppliers which have no returns policy. In the case of any extreme circumstances, if we have to do, there will be a restocking fee applicable depending upon the products. Even the exchange of goods is not possible due to this reason. Hence we recommend being sure before buying the goods to check the compatibility and the fitment, for any assistance we are here to help you in choosing the right product. Returns are only accepted after there is an authorization given by us. Any unauthorized return will be rejected and any applicable charges related to shipping, custom & handling will be paid by customer.

All orders are fully prepaid only and we do not have COD.

For customers in any location, you have the option of using the carrier of your choice to return your order to us. We recommend shipping with a method that includes tracking and insurance for your return shipment.


Refund Policy:

Please ensure you order the right product as we do not offer return or exchange. In case there is a need to return, the products must be in new, unused condition and include the original box and/or packaging with all tags included.

Once your return is received and inspected by Motride QC (usually within 24 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or the original payment method. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account.

We offer only on-card refunds, any claim for a wire refund cannot be handled and will be rejected. Refunding back to the card will attract a 5.5% fee deduction applicable on all the refunds. We cannot refund this fee to the customer as it is charged by the payment gateway.

Customer is solely responsible for all shipping costs associated with getting return order back to our Motride facility.

In case the article is not available with us and we mutually agreed to cancel the order even in such case the refund will attract a fee of 5.5% deduction.

The remaining amount will be credited back in 4-5 business days, once an ARN # is generated by the payment gateway. The ARN is a unique number that can be useful to track refunds at the bank level. In case you have not received the funds in the mentioned time in such case you can ask us for the ARN and can check with your credit card/bank for the validation of that transfer.


Order Cancellation/Change:

We strongly recommend that customer should check before ordering, once the order is received we hold the order for 6 hours, assuming that if any changes are to be made by the customer, The customer will inform us and will contact us by email.  If there is no action by the customer, we will process the order further and it cannot be cancelled.

It can be cancelled by us, in case the goods are not available and the customer does not want to change the order on unavailable goods.

In case the customer cancels the goods within the said of 6 Hours, then applicable fees will be 8% on the order value and the rest will be refunded.

Once the goods are dispatched from the supplier or our warehouse, they cannot be cancelled in any case, and in case the customer rejects the delivery, in such case, the customer will be responsible for cancellation charges which will vary by percentage on order to order.

If the customer is having any issues, which are relevant, it is advised to address them through email, our Customer Support Representative will get in touch with you very shortly and will try to resolve the issue on the highest priority.


Backorders:

For any backorders related query get in touch with us through mail, we will do our best to address the query, the items in which a back order or pre-order is available will be clearly identified. In case you want to get anything other than the listings, please let us know we will do our best to source the products for our customers.

Warranty Claims:

Each manufacturer has its own warranty policy. Motride will assist customers with their warranty; however, Motride does not provide any direct warranty on any item sold. For any warranty claim, you have to send us the goods after the authorization and any freight and customs charges if applicable will be paid by customer. Sending goods without authorization will reject the package reception.
Some of the countries have no service centre for most of the brands, we have no control over it, in such cases, the customers are requested to contact us for any assistance. We will do our best to assist you.


Delivery Information:

As clearly stated above all products are ordered as the order is placed by the customer. We practically do not keep the inventories; we order them from our suppliers once an order is placed on our website.

As you could notice that we have a huge variety of products, and it is impossible to stock everything, so we work on the “On Order Model”. In most cases, inventories are periodically updated in sync with distributors'/suppliers’ inventory, so we need 5- 15 business days of time to get it at our warehouse in Italy/Japan/US from the respective supplier.

So, in short, once an order is placed our procurement team will process the order on an immediate basis to the supplier and the purchase is made on your order confirmation afterwards the package is shipped to our facilities. Once the product is received we need to make sure that the correct product is received and to create paperwork for the export for this process, we need 2-3 business days. So overall length for this execution is between 5-15 business days provided it is not a time of summer break, New Year, or any pandemic. We also like to bring to your notice that once the order is placed with the supplier it can’t be cancelled, it can only be cancelled if the article is not available on our supplier side. ETA can extend up to 4 – 6 weeks, depending upon the product and its availability.


Note:

Once the order is shipped from our facility for destination, we cannot accommodate any request for change of delivery address. Please ensure that correct information is provided to ensure fast delivery and a hassle free buying experience.

At Motride.com we are in an effort to offer the widest range of the goods to our customers, sometimes the goods travel from one part of Europe to another, sometimes these are procured from North America and sometimes from somewhere in Asia. It varies from product to product, so typically our products are shipped between 10-20 business days in most cases. Keeping a wide variety of products on site is a challenge in many cases since sometimes goods are not available at the manufacturer or distributors. In these cases, it may take a bit longer, we may take time but will deliver for sure to our clients and will not disappoint any of our customer.
Our managers keep searching for requested products in case it is not found at the regular suppliers, we put our 100% effort to source goods for our clients. All these efforts take time to arrange the goods and that is the reason we need 10-20 business days in most cases.
In case something is taking longer, our customer support team will inform you by email & will take permission from you.
There were many instances where something was discontinued but we made it available for our clients through sourcing,  so such matters take time.
We never intend to slow any of our orders and put every order on the highest priority since we believe in 100% customer satisfaction.

On motoride.com we are thrilled to use Stripe as our payment processor. Stripe has strong dominance in terms of accepting different currencies from customers from different parts of the world. It has the lowest international transaction fees on most transactions which enables us to offer the most competitive prices and not to lose more commission on the payment processor side.  All your card details and personal information are not stored on our website. It is always processed through a secure server line of Stripe so you can always stay assured that all your financial data and personal information is safe and does not have any scope of a data leak. Chargeback Requests:

The chargeback is rejected in case the goods are shipped to the customer or ordered for the customer. we can only cancel the order if it is within 6 hours of order time.  Once ordered/dispatched it cannot be cancelled or any request on chargeback will be rejected.

Price Match Policy:

Lowest Price Guaranteed including door delivery. If you find a lower price on an identical in-stock items from another retailer or If we lower the price after purchase we'll Match It

How to submit a price match request:

  • Price match requests can be reviewed over the email.
  • Price match requests can also be submitted online through the following process:
  • Share with us a link to the exact product page or advertisement on the competitor's website (do not share link to the competitor home page or shopping cart).
  • After the request is reviewed, we will contact you by email with instructions on how to place your order.


Eligibility:

  • Only advertised prices on available merchandise are matched
  • Private auctions and sale sites such as eBay, Craigslist or Facebook Marketplace are not eligible
  • Product must be new and in stock in the same model, size, colour and year (if applicable)
  • Any applicable shipping and/or handling fees, as well as taxes, will be included when calculating the price difference
  • Items priced less than $100 USD are not eligible to be price matched
  • Price matched items cannot be combined with other promotions or discount codes
  • All price match requests are handled at the sole discretion of motride.com

Damaged Goods:
