Chassis Challenge	The Softail chassis has long been a challenge as the shocks are hidden under the frame, making common adjustments difficult.
RAP System	The Remote Adjustable Preload (RAP) system allows for easy tuning of the shocks for changing loads or adding a passenger; conveniently located behind the left passenger peg.
Preload Adjustment	Simply turn the knob in either direction to set the spring preload.
